Launch Gate service terms
These terms define the exact $49 website-QA offer. The version and digest accepted with an order are stored with that quote.
1. The service
Runner Concepts LLC (“RC”) will perform bounded automated QA on one customer-authorized, publicly reachable HTML URL. The current Launch Gate price is $49.00 for one target. It includes 9 fixed checks under qa-policy/2026-07, up to 4 HTTP requests, 3 redirects, and 1,000,000 HTML bytes. It does not include authenticated pages, implementation work, ongoing monitoring, or a comprehensive security, accessibility, legal, or conversion audit.

2. Your authorization
The customer represents that they own the target or are authorized to request bounded checks of its public page.
The customer may not use the service to target private systems, bypass access controls, interfere with a service, or request work they are not authorized to commission.
3. Payment and delivery
RC starts work after verified payment and runtime admission. The deliverable is a human-readable and machine-readable website QA evidence report. Delivery is complete when the report contains the fixed nine checks and its artifact hash is reproducible; findings do not make the delivered report defective RC targets delivery within 15 minutes after verified payment and commits to deliver or make a full-refund path available within 24 hours. An automated result is informational and does not guarantee revenue, compliance, security, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Checkout is provided by Stripe. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added or handled through the payment provider. RC does not store complete card numbers.
4. Refunds and failures
A full refund is available when RC cannot deliver the scoped fixed-nine-check report, including when the target is unavailable or blocks the bounded public capture after payment. Findings in a delivered, reproducible report do not by themselves make the report refundable.
For a duplicate charge, missing deliverable, or other payment issue, email brandon@runnerconcepts.com with the order ID. Refunds return only through the original payment rail after the order and receipt are reconciled. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment rail within five business days; provider posting time may vary.
5. Private order access and public evidence
The private order link is a bearer capability. The customer must keep it private and contact RC promptly if it is disclosed.
RC may publish a delayed, redacted receipt showing price, attributable cost, status, and evidence hash. Customer identity and target domain are not published by default. Test, demo, internal, dependent-counterparty, and unreconciled activity is excluded from verified live revenue.
6. Evidence, ownership, and limits
The customer may use and share the delivered report. RC retains its software, policies, schemas, and service methods. Evidence reflects the public page at capture time and may become stale when that page changes. To the extent permitted by law, RC's aggregate liability for a Launch Gate order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. This limit does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Versioned agreement
Material changes create a new terms version and digest; they do not silently rewrite an accepted quote. The current canonical digest is sha256:04f9874a0e234cd11812bd397d34764c60dfe4655bd532d5863325cefdf42f12.
