RC collects the minimum information needed to quote, deliver, reconcile, secure, and prove a website-QA order.
1. Information processed
RC processes the public URL submitted; the normalized target domain; quote, terms-acceptance, order, audit, and evidence records; payment status and provider references; private order-access token hashes; and operational security logs. Abuse prevention uses a keyed, non-public request fingerprint rather than storing the raw address in the quote table. Stripe processes payment credentials; RC does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
2. Why RC uses it
RC uses this information to create an exact quote, verify authority and payment, run the bounded audit, deliver the report, prevent replay and abuse, reconcile accounting, handle refunds or disputes, improve reliability, and publish qualifying redacted evidence.
3. Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application, database, logs, and network execution. Stripe hosts card checkout and sends signed payment events. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. RC does not sell personal information and does not currently use customer reports for cross-customer model training.
4. Public proof and confidentiality
A qualifying public receipt is delayed and redacted. It may show an order identifier, package, status, price, attributable cost, contribution, timestamps, and artifact hash. Customer identity and target URL are not published by default. Anyone holding a private order link can access that order, so it must be kept confidential.
5. Local storage and retention
The customer order screen uses browser session storage to remember the private access capability on that device. RC does not currently use advertising cookies. Order, accounting, security, and evidence records are retained as needed for delivery, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and evidence integrity. A deletion request may be limited where retaining a record is required or necessary to preserve a reconciled receipt.
6. Requests and contact
A customer may request access, correction, deletion, or an explanation of a record by contacting RC with the order ID. RC may need to verify control of the private order capability before acting.
